ONE-ON-ONE ASSESSMENT & TRAINING OPTIONS
Each of our coaches offer personal training packages as well as single-session assessments. We can host these sessions in person or via zoom. Pricing varies based on coach and package size. We offer single session, 5-hour, and 10-hour packages.
Our Gold Package includes all-in Forged Community Membership, once a week one-on-one movement session, and once a week health coaching session for a monthly fee with a 3-month minimum.
SPORTS-SPECIFIC TEAM CLUBS
Membership gives you a coach for your sport. This coach will program for you, support your athletic development, and travel with you to meets and competitions.

The Community Fitness Membership includes unlimited classes, coached open gym, weekly programming, and access to the gym 24 hours a day.
Family Community Memberships include memberships for every member of your household.
Health & Lifestyle Coaching Membership include a 1-hour intro session followed by 30 minute follow-up sessions as needed. Coaching clients have text and email support as needed, and most clients meet with their coach weekly. More frequent meetings may be required during certain times. Clients may have diet and supplement recommendations as well as homework including food logs and questionnaires.
Youth Community Membership is for kids age 6-14 who wish to participate in our Kids Foundations and Kids Strength classes.
Teen Sports Performance Summer Membership is for kids age 13-18 who want to optimize their strength and conditioning over the summer
Combined Memberships include a discounted rate for participating in multiple membership options.
