What we know

We are a team of coaches who have spent years gathering information on human performance optimization. That means we know how to make you stronger, relieve your pain, gain confidence and change the shape of your body.

We know how to win. We know how to heal, and we strive to live until 187.

What We Do

First, we teach you how to move, then, we teach you how to lift, train, and change your life. Our focus is on technical proficiency, safety and longevity. We meet each athlete where they are, and help them meet their next goal whether that be competing in a meet or putting their own suitcase in the overhead compartment.

What We Have

Our 3000 square foot facility provides a wide variety of speciality equipment that we teach you to use including: olympic, power, and specialty bars, bumper plates in both kilos and pounds, eleven weightlifting platforms, Rogue custom monkey bar rig, sled lane 80’ in length, Elite FTS bench, Rogue Reverse Hyper, York GHD, kettlebells up to 97 kilos, medicine balls up to 150 pounds, Rogue yoke, Rogue sled, monolift attachments, mobility and body tempering tools, Crossover Symmetry, bands, chains, and more.

About the coach

Lauren Hoffman is obsessed with human performance optimization through movement, nutrition, recovery, and sleep.  She has been involved in the CrossFit community since 2004, when she unknowingly stepped into a local group training class that would change the course of the rest of her life. She took her first Olympic lifting seminar in 2007, began coaching in 2008, obtained her USAW Sports Performance Coach Certification in 2009, and her CrossFit Level 1 in 2010. Lauren currently holds her Certified CrossFit Trainer Certification (CrossFit Level 3), and USAW Level 2 Certification. She is constantly engaged in continuing education and research around all topics strength, wellness, fitness, nutrition, biohacking, and functional performance.
